Yes. A block of rooms has been reserved for our out of town guests. Individual confirmation numbers will be included in the formal invitations with instructions on how transfer your room to your names and put your credit card numbers on file for it. Update 2/18/2025: To our Out-of-Town Guest: We have included individual confirmation numbers inside each of your invitations with instructions on booking your hotel rooms. You can notify us that you've made the transfer by texting Mike at the number provided, return here to RSVP to the "event" we've created titled " Reminder to call to book your hotel room”, OR do both! There IS a HARD DEADLINE to have your rooms booked and transferred out of our name and into yours. Again, all the information is included within your invitation. To our IN-TOWN guest: If you feel you would like a hotel room, please refer to the invitation insert, and let us know ASAP, and we will get back to you. If you haven't secured your room by the date on the info sheet, you will need to find your own accommodation, as we MUST also cancel unclaimed rooms by a certain deadline or we will be charged full price for them.
Yes. There will be a shuttle bus to the venue and back to the hotel. Time of shuttle's arrival and departure for each location will be determined at a later time. It will be updated here and under the accommodations tab.
We ask that guest arrive a minimum of 30mins prior to the ceremony start time. A schedule of the day will be available under the "schedule" tab.
