Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes. Welcome Party- For guests staying at Origin Hotel Red Rocks, shuttle transportation will be provided to The Eddy for the welcome party. Shuttles will depart in two waves at 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. The party begins at 6:30 PM and ends at 9:30 PM. Return shuttles from The Eddy to Origin will run at 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM. If you choose to leave earlier, ride share is readily available in the area. Wedding Day- Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between The Eddy and Origin Red Rocks and our wedding venue, The Manor House. Shuttles will depart from each hotel prior to the ceremony, with return service available following the reception. Exact departure times will be shared closer to the wedding date. If you are not staying at either hotel, parking and shuttle service will be available at Origin Red Rocks. Ride-share services are also an option, as well as ample parking at the venue if guests prefer to drive.

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If you have been extended a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have reserved room blocks at a special rate at The Eddy and Origin Red Rocks. Please visit the Travel page to book through the provided links. While you are welcome to stay wherever you prefer, we hope these recommendations help with your planning.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our celebration is Black-Tie Optional. We encourage tuxedos and floor-length evening gowns, with dark suits and formal evening attire also welcome.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

What weather should guests expect for May in Colorado?

Answer

Colorado weather in May is generally mild during the day, with cooler temperatures in the evening. Guests may wish to bring a light jacket or wrap for outdoor events.

What time should guests arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for seating and transportation.

Can guests take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so that everyone may be fully present for the moment. A professional photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we look forward to sharing these with you following the celebration.
