COVID-19 Announcement (last edited Sept 20, 2020)

As we all adapt to the COVID-19 situation, we have been monitoring the news carefully and have decided to postpone our wedding (again). We have selected December 3rd, 2021 as our new wedding date and Arenas del Mar as the new location (same area- transportation will be provided for Costa Verde guests). For those of you who booked hotel accommodations, we would suggest Dec 1-Dec 5 as the new travel dates. The 5th may be a good choice for most, because flights leave mostly midday, and San Jose is many hours away. The reservations are being moved to the new dates, and if you are not able to travel the new dates, our planner will take care of cancellation/refunds. Arlene in our planning team will be reaching out to you to confirm your new arrival and departure dates, from email: guests@milbesoscostarica.com. Recommended because of price, beauty, and proximity to the wedding. The wedding and reception will be very close to this hotel. We will provide transportation to and from the wedding. Costa Verde II is designed for adults 17 years of age and older seeking a romantic getaway with a balmy, tropical ambiance, it’s own pool and the best views in all of Manuel Antonio. Guests in this area enjoy a cliff-side adult-only pool with an outstanding, and romantic, view of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio National Park. This pool area has a full bar and lunch service. Room rates: Studio room CVII: US$165 + 13% tax per night Studio Plus CVII: US$180 + 13% tax per night

How to Make Travel Reservations

When you are ready to confirm travel plans, please submit your information on this link below (copy and paste the link into your browser) to confirm your hotel room: http://milbesoscostarica.com/guest-reservation-form We have a room block to hold rooms for our guests but within this block rooms are first come first serve so we suggest reserving as soon as you know if you will be joining us. If you prefer a room at any other area hotel, please indicate that in the hotel comments on the form or let them know you would like recommendations. There is space for providing flight details but they are not needed if you are just reserving the room for now and booking your flight later. You can provide your flight details at a later date and our guests will be grouped together to share transportation costs wherever possible. Transportation and activity costs can all go on the same invoice together with your room.

How to Make Travel Res. (Cont.)

After submitting that form you will receive a welcome email and an invoice for any plans. Payment for your trip will be made by credit card via secure online payment or mailing a check. You will receive an invoice in your inbox after your completed Reservation Form is submitted. For any rooms a $200 deposit is due to secure your reservation, and the remaining balance due is due on or before November 3, 2021.
