Welcome Drinks

Guests are welcome to arrive anytime between 4:00pm and 5:00pm to enjoy welcome drinks. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. There will be attendants as you approach Della Terra directing you to parking. There is plenty of parking available at Della Terra. The venue is a little hilly, but a golf cart will be available to shuttle guests as needed. Welcome drinks will be served on Della Terra's outdoor patio, so guests can enjoy the beautiful view!
Our Ceremony

Attire is black tie optional. The ceremony is outside and it's Colorado, so be prepared for the weather!
The ceremony will take place just down the hill from the chateau on Della Terra's property. Attendants will direct guests where to go. It is a short walk from the outdoor patio, but a golf cart will be available to assist guests if they need it. The outdoor ceremony space is all paved, so don't worry about walking in potentially muddy grass!
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Drinks and hor d'oeuvres will be served on the outdoor patio. Attendants will direct guests to the patio after the ceremony, and the golf cart will be available to help guests as needed. Please be mindful that Estes Park is at an altitude of 7,500+ feet, which is much higher than most of us are used to. Be sure to take it easy and drink plenty of water throughout the night and prior to the event if possible to help avoid altitude sickness, especially while consuming alcohol.
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The reception will take place inside in Della Terra's indoor ceremony and reception space, which is attached to the outdoor patio. Dinner, drinks, cake, and s'mores will be served! For your convenience, a shuttle van will be available for you at the end of the reception between 9 and 11 pm to drop you off at your hotel or lodging in the Estes Park area.

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
We would love to continue the celebration and spend more time with you by hosting a brunch the day after the wedding! Feel free to stop by whenever, and spend as much time as you can. Please park on the south side of the road or in the driveway if there is space.
