What is the dress code?

Answer

We request our guests wear all black! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for all events is all black, cocktail/semi-formal, with the exception of white dress shirts for men. This mean you can wear a tux, an evening gown, formal suit, tea length, or cocktail dress - whatever makes you feel your best!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM, we recommend you aim to arrive no later than 4:45 PM to ensure your seated on time.

Ceremony: 5:00PM Cocktail hour: 5:30PM - 6:30PM Dinner: 6:30PM - 7:30PM Dancing: 8:00PM-9:45PM Grand Exit: 9:50PM

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your little ones! Due to capacity at the venue, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults only event. Each family member that is invited will be listed on the RSVP section above! We encourage you to use this evening as date night!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accomidate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus on they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than October 1st, 2025 using the code on your formal invitation, or by clicking on the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will miss your presence and assume that you are unable to attend.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking will be available on property and there will be a golf cart shuttle available between the parking lot and ceremony.

What can I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, the reception will take place in a covered tent outdoors. Heaters and fire pits will be present, but please dress accordingly for the weather.

Where should i stay for the weekend?

Answer

Those listed offer a 10% off discount if booked through our website. We highly recommend looking into options on airbnb and vrbo if you would like to be closer to the venue.
