Is there a church ceremony?

Answer

No. We had a church ceremony with immediate family in 2020. Please come and enjoy the reception!

What attire should I wear?

Answer

This is a formal event. Even though we are technically already married, we will still be celebrating just as if it was the actual day.

Question

Why can’t I make a hotel reservation through your hotel block?

Answer

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this has caused. The DoubleTree hotel is extremely full the weekend of our wedding. We have encouraged many guests to schedule their reservation sooner rather than later. If you are unable to book at The DoubleTree, we recommend booking at The Fairfield. There is a link on our Hotel/travel page. Guests who book at the hotel can still utilize the shuttle.

Is there a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes. Cocktail hour will start at 5:30 and go until 6:30 PM. P.s. Be sure to try our signature cocktail “The Colby”!

Can I leave my car at The Shanty overnight?

Answer

Yes. HOWEVER, you would need to schedule that ahead of time. We will need to coordinate with the venue. Otherwise, you risk being towed.
