Please arrive to the chapel no earlier than 3:00 pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is green and floral themed, guests are encouraged to wear greens, browns, golds, and florals. Ladies encouraged to wear midi or maxi length dresses. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or dress pants with a sport coat or dress shirt with a tie.

Can I bring a date?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at both Chestnut Mountain Ranch Chapel and White Oak 1838. The chapel has an upper lot closer to the entrance with fewer spots, and a lower lot for additional parking. There will be a shuttle in the lower lot helping transport people up the gravel hill to the chapel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation from hotels to the ceremony or reception. The ceremony is approximately 8 miles from our reception. We encourage car pooling or uber if preferred by guests.
