Fate brought us together in the world of modern romance—online dating. Our story began on the Bumble app, over Memorial Day weekend in 2021. After some witty banter and a few messages back and forth, we met for our first date in Hayes Valley in San Francisco. The night unfolded with Kara's penchant for extra dirty, extra shaken dirty martinis and David's love for tequila cocktails. It was a boozy, yet charming start to a love story that led to a second date the very next night. The rest is history!

On November 6th, 2022 in sunny Maui, David popped the question & Kara (in a state of shock) said "...............YES!!!". The proposal kicked off a week of pure bliss in paradise, celebrating our engagement and creating memories we'll cherish forever.
