The ceremony will take place on the terrace at The Hotel Saranac.
The wedding ceremony will be at 4:00PM followed by cocktail hour. The wedding reception with dinner & dancing is to immediately follow.
We'd love to see our friends & family get dressed up with us for our big day. The dress code is black tie/formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans, please!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on the invitation and will be under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
We have decided to keep our wedding ceremony & reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Yes! Beer, wine, specialty cocktails, & non-alcoholic beverages will be on us! No shots, unfortunately!
The ceremony will be outside & the reception will take place both indoors with optional outdoor access.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Please RSVP by July 1, 2024 by using the QR code on your invitation or by returning the RSVP via mail.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
There are hotel rooms blocked/available at The Hotel Saranac. Please see/follow link on your wedding invitation for booking information. There will not be transportation available for those guests traveling. If our guests are interested in staying elsewhere, you will be responsible for arranging alternative accommodations. Hotel Saranac is unfortunately requiring a two-night minimum. If you are not interested is staying the whole weekend, we were told the minimum requirement may be lifted the week prior (so you can book one night last minute) or feel free to look into booking an Airbnb!
The hotel is requiring a two-night minimum which may be dropped the week prior to the wedding. For anyone planning to join us both Friday and Saturday, there will be an opportunity for all guests to gather in the Great Bar and on the Terrace after the private rehearsal dinner.
Following the reception, there are accommodations at a local bar; Bitters & Bones for anyone who may be interested in keeping the party going!
