Bill and I met in the middle of a pandemic. Both of us had joined Tinder out of boredom and missing human connection. Neither of us were looking for a relationship. But as soon as we started talking, we both knew that we liked each other. Before we even met in person, we spent 2 to 3 weeks texting, on the phone, and on FaceTime. We got to know each other very well. We then decided to meet in person and we ended up accepting each other into our “pandemic pods” after sharing a first kiss. 10 months after dating, we went to Key West Florida and Bill proposed on the Edward B. White pier. He had asked both my parents for permission to marry me over FaceTime only days before. He got down on one knee and in a few short and sweet words asked me to marry him. I said yes before he even said maybe two words, and well before he even had a chance to pull the ring out of the box. So now we’re excited to get married and spend the rest of our lives together. We always say I love you 10.2. Always and forever.
