We grew up in Franklin County, VA and attended the same High School. I knew of Ben, but Kristen was the one who had classes with him. In January of 2021 we connected over Snapchat. Ben's dog Mila caught my eye as she looked like Riley. I replied to his snap story of her and the rest is history. Later that week Ben had me meet the David side of the family. Half way through the night, I sent a text to my friends & sisters saying, "I will marry this man". I had little service in Kevin & Christie's bathroom, but had to get that text out! I have never been so sure of a feeling after spending time with Ben & interacting with who would one day be my in laws. Ben is quite hilarious, patient, loyal, humble, & hard-working. To put it simply, just the person I prayed for. We are excited to start this new adventure as Husband & Wife & we cannot wait to celebrate our love with each one of you!

I have always had a crush on Kara when I was in school with her! I have always thought she was out of my league! Well one day out of the blue she messaged me on Snapchat talking about my black lab Mila! She said she was pretty and that she had a black lab too! After that moment we never stopped talking to each other! After one week I had her come down to meet me and my family for the first time, and all I can say everything lined up and the rest was history after the first night! Never did I think that I could find someone so genuine and compassionate like Kara! She is the woman of my dreams and I can’t wait to give her my last name on October 15th, 2022
