Palm Springs is in the dessert, so hot days and cool nights. At this point in time, highs are expected in the mid 80s and lows in the 60s. So while you should dress for "summer" like weather, but sure to have some layers for the evening.
Cocktail to formal attire is preferred for the wedding day. For women in particular, keep in mind that we will be outside on the property, so be mindful when choosing footwear. We will not be on grass (instead firm ground, stone, etc.), but safety first! Also - don't forget to pack your bathing suit and sunscreen!
Great question! Korakia is located in a neighborhood and noise ordinances do not allow festivities / noise past 10pm. If you chose not to go to the after party, please be considerate of this, or we will be fined.
No, you do you! These will be informal events and you can come and go as you please.
Great idea! There are so many things to do in the area, but here are a few of our favorites: - Eat! Our personal favorites are Cheeky's for breakfast and Workshop Kitchen + Bar for dinner. - Explore the architecture in the area. Palm Springs has the largest concentration of Mid-Century Modern Architecture. Schedule a tour, hop on a bike or just go for a drive. - Take a drive (~1 hr west) out to Joshua Tree National Park. If you can fit this quick trip in, it is a MUST. If you are out that way, perhaps stop at Pappy + Harriet's (food, drink + live music) and Pioneer Town (hundreds of old westerns and tv shows were filmed here). - Take a "trip" to Integratron — a sound experience for those seeking a unique way to relax.
