What will the weather be like?

Answer

Please be prepared for Colorado fall. Temperatures could range from a high of 55 to a low of 30. Sun sets around 6:40p and will get very chilly.

Will I have service at Pine Creek Cookhouse?

Answer

No, we will be completely off the grid, unless of course in case of an emergency.

Transportation to Pine Creek Cookhouse

Answer

Pine Creek has limited parking and will not allow wedding guests to park on site. We have shuttles that will be taking all guests to and from Pine Creek. We have two designated pick up and drop off locations. The Snowmass Intercept Lot and The Limelight Aspen. Since the majority of you guys live down valley we ask that you utilize the Intercept Lot pick up and drop off, we have ordered more shuttle space for you all. Please be ready by 5:15p for a 5:30p departure from Intercept. Those of you who live or are staying in Aspen please use the Limelight pick up and drop off. Please be ready by 5:00p for a 5:15p departure from Limelight.

How will I get back to my vehicle.

Answer

We will have shuttles transporting everyone back to pick up spots. I believe times start at 9:30 and end at 12:30. I will update times the closer we get.

Question

What to do with my time between ceremony and reception.

Answer

We do understand and apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause having a gap in timing between the two. Aspen has many wonderful places to grab a drink or walk around. Guest are also welcome to gather at the Limelight lobby while they wait for shuttle departure.
