When is the wedding?

We're having an intimate wedding in Sedona, Arizona, with just our immediate family, a few weeks before our reception in Houston. Sedona holds a special place in Kara’s heart—it’s Kara's favorite spot and also where Russel proposed! We can’t wait to celebrate our marriage with family and friends at our reception.

Please let us know if you'll be joining us by October 1st.

What time should I arrive?

Plan to arrive at 6:00pm or after. We'll have drinks and appetizers, followed by the bride and groom's grand entrance at 7:00pm—dinner will be served shortly after.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire, no jeans please

Is there parking at the Eldorado Ballroom?

Absolutely! There’s plenty of parking on-site, though we highly recommend using rideshare services for added convenience and safety.
