Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation. We will try to ensure to seat guests with similar interests to maximize the fun!

Are children invited?

Answer

No, although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. We hope you are able to join us and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family for our adult wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. No White, No Navy and No Yellow! Weather Advisory: Weather in Tampa in July can be unpredictable, but is usually within the high to mid 80's. However, we are having a mostly indoor wedding but if you would like to bring a shawl or jacket due to the air conditioning, please do not hesitate.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the venue that will accommodate all of the guests for our ceremony and reception. The parking is free.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at 9:30 am to allow time for temperature checks & proper social distancing before the start of the 11:11 am ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Ceremony will start promptly at 11:11 am with the Family Mix & Mingle and Reception to follow.

Will there be a Bar?

Yes, we will have an open bar!! All tips will be donated to the Honeymoon Fund!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are! Please view our "Registry" page, www.zola.com/wedding/kara-rick/registry . We appreciate cash, personal checks or we have a honeymoon/home fund registry that accepts online payments that are safe and secure. You are more than welcome to bring your gift the day of the wedding. Thank you in advance and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “No,” on our website so we can plan accordingly. The RSVP feature on the website will be available once the formal invitations have been sent out.

What if I RSVPed "Yes" but can no longer make it to the wedding?

Answer

If you RSVPed "Yes" and you can no longer make it we completely understand! You will be missed! Please email CorneilleWedding@gmail.com to let us know that you can no longer attend ASAP

Where are the website pages with details, if I am using a mobile device?

If you are using your mobile device, at the top left of the page you will see "3 lines at the top left " that is our menu page and will take you to all of our pages for wedding details!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

During the ceremony we prefer you bask in the moments with us and have no cell phone's out. However for the reception, yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #RickGotKaraedAway so we can keep track of all of your pictures and use “The Guest” photo sharing app - Here is our link: http://in.veri.com/to/corneillewedding?t=e We will also have a SNAPCHAT filter available for our wedding!

What about COVID?

Answer

To our knowledge, FL does not currently have any COVID testing requirements for out of town guests. Temperatures will be taken prior to entry. Anyone with a fever will NOT be allowed into the venue. Please wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds with soap and water. We will also have Hand Sanitizer near food and drink stations. Masks are recommend but are not required. No Mask's in pictures/videos. Remember to practice social distancing when possible. We will keep all of our guests updated on safety precautions and restrictions as the date gets closer - please check the FAQ section of our website regularly.
