We're staying at The Golden Hotel, about a 35-minute drive from Evergreen Lake House. Rooms are filling up quickly, so please reserve your accommodations early. When making your reservation, please mention that you are part of the Kaitlyn & Matt Wedding Group in June 2025. We secured the room block for Thursday, June 26th, through Saturday, June 28th. No deposit is required. Please note that there is a 7-day cancellation policy, meaning cancellations must be made before June 19th. Run of House rate: $369/night Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. MST, and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. MST. Parking is $15.00 per night per vehicle. For guests staying outside of downtown Golden, the Hampton Inn Denver-West/Golden is a good option. It's a 10-minute drive to downtown and about 30 minutes to our venue. To book your room, please visit their website and enter group code CHHKKW to access our room block under “Kapp Kirchhoefer Wedding.” Our block is available from Thursday, June 26th to Sunday, June 29th. 1 King Bed: $189/night 2 Queen Beds: $204/night Self-parking: $8 per day Check-in time is any time after 3:00 p.m. MST. Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated, as rooms become available. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. MST.
