Come join us for a beverage (with spirits or zero proof) at our favorite tasting room in Denver! We’ll have a taco truck from an awesome West Coast style Mexican spot to keep everyone’s appetite satisfied as well. Make sure to wear your BLUE wristband from your welcome bag (or snag one from a Kaplan representative when you arrive)! PLEASE BRING YOUR ID WITH YOU--THEIR SECURITY TEAM WILL BE CHECKING NAMES FROM A LIST AND IDS AT THE DOOR. Transportation between The Block Distilling Co. and The Source Hotel will begin at 7:45pm and go until midnight.

Hike to St. Mary's Glacier

Hiking attire is suggested--and appropriate shoes are necessary for the rocky terrain. You may want a light jacket or a swimsuit, but that'll be up to you!
St. Mary's Glacier is a quick 1 hour drive outside of Denver's city limits. The trail starts at 10,428 feet and is a moderate hike with a short gain up to 10,848 feet at the base of the glacier. Typically, people choose to end their hike at this point to take in the stunning nature views of the lake, cliffs, and the glacier or to cliff dive into the lake. Others continue up to the top of the glacier at 11,236 feet and then ski, snowboard, or hike back down. Either way you chose to enjoy this majestic place, you'll feel like a true Denverite! *PLEASE NOTE* Transportation into the mountains from The Source Hotel will leave promptly at 10am and return by 2pm. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us! We will be scouting the location a few days before we all go to make sure conditions are safe.

A Botanic Brunch

We're having our own little garden party! Now's the time for Fall florals, glamorous brunch chic, and elevated mountain adventure-wear. Be sure to dress to impress!
Transportation from The Source Hotel to the Denver Botanic Gardens will take everyone over to the Gardens at 9:45am. If you are checking out of the hotel that morning, they can hang on to your belongings so you don't have to bring them to the event. Transportation back to The Source Hotel will be available up until 30 minutes after the event ends at 2pm. Make sure to wear your FLORAL wristband from your welcome bag (or snag one from a representative of the Kaplans when you arrive)! To get to our event space (The Annuals Pavilion), you will first check in at the guest services desk in the Visitor's Center. You'll walk through double doors to the main walking path, walking the straight shot on the main walkway, and follow signs until you get to the Annuals Pavilion located on the left.
Kaplan Open House

Will you be waiting for a late flight or staying in the Denver area for another night? Come on over to our 1886 Victorian home located in the Cole neighborhood, just adjacent to the RiNo neighborhood where The Source is located. We'll be offering tours of our little historic slice of Denver. Of course, food will be provided from one of our local favorite Italian deli spots and we'll have plenty to drink (both alcoholic and other). We'll bring out some lawn games and hang out in the backyard for a super chill evening--the perfect way to end an epic weekend.
