Every great friendship has a wild origin story… ours just happens to involve me throwing rocks at her head. She’s been the person who listens, who grounds me, who lifts me up, and who loves me exactly as I am. I adore her more than words can ever fully say. I need her wisdom, her kindness, her humor, her heart—and I am beyond grateful every single day that God placed her in my life. Working together in the ER and long-term care brought us closer than I ever expected, and our friendship grew into something I’m so grateful for. She’s always the one lifting my head up when I need it most. Audrey has taught me patience, compassion, and what it truly means to care for people, and I’m so lucky to have her by my side. 💚

We met back in school, in the same grade, doing things like sneaking garlic into class and laughing about it like kids do. Neither of us knew then how important we would become in each other’s lives. As the years went on, she became so much more than someone I went to school with—she became family. She’s married to my big brother and is the incredible mama to my god-given gifts, William and Salem, who I love more than words. She has the kindest heart and the most giving spirit. She’s the type of person who will always show up, lend a hand, and make sure everyone around her feels loved and cared for. Her warmth, patience, and genuine goodness make her such a special person to so many people, but especially to me. I’m beyond lucky to call her my sister-in-law, and even luckier to call her a bridesmaid and a lifelong friend. She truly is the best. 💛

My baby brother and the youngest of nine, which means he basically grew up in chaos and learned to survive it with humor. When we were kids, our main hobby was absolutely terrorizing each other, but somewhere along the way we upgraded to partners in crime. Now he’s the one I can always count on for a late-night Taco Bell run, cruising around the boonies for no reason, and teaming up with me to pick on the rest of our siblings like it’s our full-time job. Alec has always had a way of making me laugh when I need it most. He may be my “little” brother, but he’s also one of my biggest supporters and one of my favorite people to be around. No matter how old we get, he’ll always be my baby brother and my built-in best friend. Alec, I love you to the moon and back, and I wouldn’t want anyone else causing this much chaos by my side. 🌙🌮
