The nightly contracted rate will be displayed on the booking page. The rate is also available to guests who would like to pre/post extend for a few days. A vacation rental link is also provided, that shares details for another accommodation option of on-property condos which also have a contracted rate. For any guest who may wish to upgrade their room view or book a condo, please call the hotel directly at 855-741-2777 and use the group name Kantouth-Daly Wedding when booking, so that you receive our event pricing.  Important Note on Room Options: We encourage all guests to stay onsite if possible, as we plan to leverage the resort property throughout the weekend festivities. We know travel can be expensive and logistically challenging, and we truly appreciate the effort it takes to celebrate with us. While we would love for as many people as possible to stay onsite with us, we understand that everyone’s needs are different and want to make sure you have options that work best for you. There are numerous Airbnb's in the area to checkout as additional stay options. Please reach out to us if we can help you find the best stay solution or answer any questions. Travel Note

FLIGHTS

Recommended Airports: The closest and most convenient airport is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), just a 20–30 minute drive from Henderson Beach Resort. Other good options include Pensacola International Airport (PNS) (about 1 hour 15–25 minutes away) and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City (about 50–60 minutes away). We recommend checking flights into all three, as availability and pricing can vary. We suggest booking your flights as early as possible—ideally 2–4 months in advance—to secure the best rates and flight times, especially since this is a popular destination wedding period. Rental cars, shuttles, and rideshares are readily available at each airport. For guests flying out of the St. Louis area, another great option to consider is Allegiant air out of the Mid-America airport in Belleville, Illinois. They offer direct flights into Destin airport most days of the week for affordable prices.
