WELCOME The Night Before will be held on the Outdoor Upper Patio at Avanti! Upon arrival, you'll receive a wristband that will allow you to drink, courtesy of the Kane Family. If you’re hungry, a variety of food options are available for you to purchase. GETTING THERE Transportation is not provided for this event, however, there are multiple ways to reach the venue: 1) Free "In-Town" Bus - Take to the Golden Peak stop on Vail Valley Drive. You will be dropped off at the bus loop with direct access to Avanti. 2) Walk - This is the best option depending on where you are staying and perfect for some prime leaf peeping! 3) Uber/Taxi - Available but unreliable 4) Drive - A Valet is available for a fee (but bring a DD!!) A NOTE ON WEATHER Heaters will be provided on the patio but please be mindful of the fast-changing Colorado weather. Bring something warm for when the sun sets and the inside of the venue is always available.

USE OUR SHUTTLE SERVICE VailCoach Mercedes Sprinter vans have been hired to transport all guests to and from the venue. GETTIING TO THE CEREMONY Meet at the Vail Transportation Center; look for our wedding signs/balloons. Shuttles drop you at the cul-de-sac on Sunburst Dr. for a 0.16-mile walk to the Wedding Island. An 8-passenger golf cart and chauffeur are available for anyone needing assistance. Running Late? Take the free "Golf Course" bus from the Transportation Center. Ubers/Taxis are available but unreliable. GETTING TO THE RECEPTION After the "I Dos," you have two options to reach the Cocktail Hour: 1) Scenic Stroll: A 10–15 min walk (0.5 miles) on a paved path to the Clubhouse. 2) Shuttle: VailCoach will wait at the ceremony site drop off to transport you. GETTING HOME VailCoach will arrive to the Reception starting at 9:30pm and will be making continuous loops to the Transportation Station. Last bus leaves at 11:00pm.

We are so incredibly happy to have you join us where we fell in love to celebrate our marriage. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we can’t wait to share this beautiful mountain day with our closest friends and family. THE CELEBRATION Our ceremony will take place at Wedding Island, followed by an evening of dinner and dancing at the Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse. We have planned a day filled with love, laughter, and stunning views. A NOTE ON THE MOUNTAINS Early October in Vail is spectacular, but the weather can be unpredictable. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, as the mountain air turns quite crisp once the sun sets. Additionally, please remember to stay hydrated—the altitude is no joke!
