What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 30. 2025. Any cancellations should be communicated by end of August.

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

We have a block of rooms available to book at the Hyatt House in Lakewood/Belmar. The booking link is available on the Travel page.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for seating.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We suggest using an Uber or Lyft XL service to carpool to and from the venue. Parking may be limited as Evergreen Lake is shared with the community. We will report out to all guests if parking is full at least an hour in advance.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot for the Evergreen Lake park. Please keep in mind this is shared with park goers. It is recommended to get a ride share to the venue to avoid any parking issues.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on the outdoor deck overlooking the lake. The reception will take place inside the Lake House. A shawl or light sweater is recommended.

What is the weather and climate like in Evergreen?

Answer

Denver, Colorado is known for its sunny days. In October, temperatures in Evergreen should be in the 60's with lows in the 30's. This may sound too cold for some, but the warmth of the sun will be felt. Trust us! Denver is typically around 10 degrees warmer than mountain towns.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! But please keep in mind, one drink out here is equal to two drinks at sea-level.
