Where to Stay

There are many options for lodging in the Asheville area. Downtown Asheville has several hotels that can be booked through the Biltmore at a discounted rate. There are also many Airbnb's, and cabin rentals for couples or groups are a great option. If you want to stay a little further and explore another city/town, consider Black Mountain, Montreat, Weaverville, Mars HIll or Hendersonville!

Discounted Hotels Through The Biltmore

The Biltmore has blocked many rooms for guests at a variety of hotels in the area. For reservations through the Biltmore, please call their toll-free number at 877-444-2458 or email biltmoreareahotels@biltmore.com. When you reach the reservation department, mention the Carter/Mangold wedding for discounted rates. If you call after hours or on the weekend, please leave a message and someone will follow up with you asap. If you decide to use the Biltmore to reserve rooms, please book as soon as possible. They will have rooms available 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. For example, should you desire to book a room arriving on Friday, September 28th, they will need to call our department on or before 2pm on Wednesday, September 26th.

For those with flights already to RDU, this airport is about 4 hours from the wedding location. Charlotte-Douglas International and Asheville will be closer.

Only 20 minutes from The Biltmore, guests may choose to fly directly to Asheville!
