You can stay wherever you would like, but you will need transportation to Port Orleans. We recommend Disney springs hotels. These hotels are in walking distance of Disney springs and from there, you can find a bus to the lobby of our resort or take the boat ride to the dock. The ceremony will be outdoors in the evening on a grassy area under live oak trees (weather permitting). Average high: 73° F low 49° F. 2023 actual temp: high 69° low 52° The dress code is formal Christmas party. Wedding colors are green and berry hues (cranberry, mulberry, sangria, blush pink, pink.) The brides dress is sparkly champagne/soft gold colored, bridesmaids in berry tones, groom and groomsmen in green tuxedo jackets and black tux pants. We are planning to do photos with all willing guests following the ceremony at both port Orleans Riverside as well as at the Boardwalk. Please no dirty sneakers in group photos (excluding children and guests with special needs) but athletic soles are highly recommended. The reception will also be outdoors at EPCOT with a fireworks party. Dress code is cocktail or nicer but please be aware it may be chilly during the fireworks party. We plan to bring some fleece blankets in case of emergency! We will have photography attending all events!
We will primarily be utilizing Disney resort transportation. This may change and we will send updates if it does! We recommend staying at the ceremony resort to make travel just a quick walk, however if you are staying at a different resort or off property please check the following schedule: GUESTS: Please arrive to port Orleans by 4p to get some photos with friends/family before the ceremony. BRIDESMAIDS: Please arrive by 10a for hair & makeup. Older teens will supervise younger children. Bring swimsuits for them if pool day is available for kids. Hotel has life jackets if desired. GROOMSMEN: Arrival time TBD. A barber trip might be arranged for the morning. After the ceremony: guests not wanting to be in photo and staying at port Orleans will have a chance to change clothes, all non photo guests will have a chance to grab snacks from the food court if you can’t make it to 8p without hanger. Please if you choose this option, head to the bus depot to get on a bus by 7:15p to go to Epcot and meet a guide. They will escort us like VIP to Germany promenade A&B. The bridal party and anyone who wants to be in photos will head to Disney springs at 6p to get a connecting bus to Boardwalk. From Boardwalk we will get photos around the resort and on the boardwalk before walking to international gateway to meet our guide. They will escort us like VIP to Germany promenade A&B. From Epcot, there will be free buses/monorail/skyliner travel back to Disney resorts and Disney springs resorts. Please feel free to utilize this free transportation. Uber is an option as well. There is no chartered private bus back to hotels.
Of course! We believe in the power of family and the joy that children bring. Our reception will be a delightful experience for guests of all ages, please be prepared for fireworks and sensitive ears.
Please check in with us before extending an invitation. All of our venues have capacity limits and we are very limited as to how many additional guests we can accommodate.
Disney is able to cater to different tastes and dietary needs. Please let us know in advance of any special requirements, and their talented chefs will work their magic to create a memorable dining experience for you.

Yes for guests please refrain from photos during the ceremony with cell phones. We have two photographers who will be capturing all special moments. Phones are very welcome for all the other events! We will be sharing apps to upload to or a hashtag to use at a later date!
