Bride
This is me (in 1st grade)! I know each of the men and women in our wedding party and I feel so blessed to have them stand by our sides. Marshall and I have been blessed both as individuals, and as a couple with great friends, mentors, and family. Both of us take pride in our relationships with people, therefore we are looking forward to everyone coming together and sharing our friendships with others!
Groom
And this is me (in kindergarten)! Kelsey and I both love connecting with people and each one of these wonderful men and women have contributed to us both individually and as a couple. We value our relationships and this wedding party is an excellent representation of that. We have been blessed to meet and grow with all of these people throughout our lives and we look forward to growing with them further in life.
Maid of Honor
She's been my best friend since 6th grade and everyone's favorite since then! We went through many stages of life together but thrived when we shared our love for basketball and candy. Now, we get to share our love for Jesus, reading, listening to Podcasts, deep conversations, corny jokes..... and still - candy!!!
Best Man
Jake and I met 16 years ago while playing T-ball. I was up to bat, I swung... I missed... and I smacked Jake right below the belt with my bat. Naturally, we have been best friends ever since. Jake and I love shooting, playing video games, working out and having deep conversations together. He is someone who will remain by my side no matter how far apart we travel.
Matron of Honor
One of my biggest supporters since day #1, my sister, and my friend. We have bonded over playing games, traveling to see each other, and watching each other grow to know the Lord. Tiffany is easily the most courageous person I know. I am forever grateful for our relationship and the family she has brought me.
Groomsman
Austin is my big bro! He has been there since the beginning and he is the definiton of a loyal man. He has always been there for me, and I am excited to grow closer throughout our adult life. Austin and I have shared countless hours together building legos and geeking out over music. There is nobody that I would rather head bang to metal music with and crowd surf at a metal concert with (and yes, we did that!).
Bridesmaid
Alyssa was the first "Garrett" I had ever met and boy, did she amaze me! I looked up to her as a role model in the Corps of Cadets in 2017, and now I look up to her as a sister! Her smile and laugh are contagious & her confidence and strength flows directly from the Lord. Oh, and Alyssa is married to Elliot and they just gave birth to the most precious baby girl, Eleanora Jane Le.
Groomsman
Elliot entered my life in 2016 and ever since then he has been a joy and blessing to be around. He has taught me so much about cars, guns and the Air Force. When Alyssa first brought him home to meet the family he and I wrestled... thats when I knew he was a keeper (and yes, he won).
Bridesmaid
She is by far the most genuine person I know. When Hannah and I met for the first time, we immediately hit it off. We bonded over Taylor Swift, iced coffee, dancing, margaritas, shopping and really... just life! I have learned so much from Hannah in the past year and I am so thankful I am officially gaining her as a sister!
Groomsman
Danh has been my roommate in the Corps for four consecutive years. He is the man who keeps me in check and always has my back. I have never met a more caring and inclusive person in my life. Some of my fondest memories from college are with Danh, especially our late night Whataburger runs and movie nights in our dorm.
Bridesmaid
I first knew her as a friend of my brother's, then she easily became a friend of mine. The first day I met Ally we realized how similar we actually are. From playing Rummikub, Nertz, or Yahtzee to dancing, working out, and baking we have been blessed to live life together as friends, roommates and now sisters.
Groomsman
Zack and I's relationship was rocky at first. However, once we got to know each other and started to be honest and open up, I came to realize how genuine, intentional, and encouraging he can be. Throughout college I have enjoyed camping, exploring Texas, long nights at the Chicken, diving into the Word and growing together with Zack. He always knows how to lighten the mood with his humor and unique choice of words.
Bridesmaid
Sarah is my fish buddy and now my old lady (roommate). She loves coconut liquid coffee creamer, Gardetto's, anything with flowers on it, and Rosa's Cafe. I have been able to experience many wonderful memories with this girl and I would not change it for the world. Her friendship is consistent and she has been there with me through it all.
Groomsman
Brenden and I first met during IMPACT Camp in 2017 where we shared the same small group, he was my first college friend. He has been a consistent man in my life and although we are both commissioning into the Air Force, I have no doubt that we will remain great friends and stay in each others lives throughout the years. If you talk to Brenden at the wedding, don't mention meteorology.... you might be stuck in a conversation about weather for the rest of the night!
Bridesmaid
She was a mutual friend for almost 2 years, then she became one of my most cherished friends when we got to experience the Lord doing work in our lives. She is a friend full of care, love, excitement, adventure, consistency, and smiles. If you know Taylor, she has the most bubbly personality and this is one of the many reasons why I love her so much!
Groomsman
Noah is one of the most honest and selfless men I know. We are buddies in the Corps, but more than that we are brothers in Christ. He has been a sounding board for me throughout college and we have shared many deep theological discussions. He has been a huge influence in my faith and always challenges me to do more. Although he consistently comes into my room to steal snacks, he always makes it worth it with good conversation.
Bridesmaid
She is one of the first people I met when I moved to College Station. Our friendship truly began when we were fish buddies in 2017. Giulia and I bonded through dancing, late night conversations, margaritas, Starbucks dates, and deep conversations. She has been there for me since the beginning and consistently encouraged me to pray for what I desire. I am forever grateful for her intentionality throughout the ups and downs.
Groomsman
Tanner is a fellow Dallas boy. He has been my buddy in the Corps and although he left the dorm after sophomore year he and I have kept our relationship strong. We have shared numerous long car rides from College Station to Dallas and I always leave fulfilled. One of my fondest memories with Tanner is going to McDonalds at 1:30AM after Chemistry tutoring freshman year, what a time that was. Tanner and I love deep and intentional conversation and we have shared countless hours discussing politics, faith, and life; typically over either a cup of coffee or a glass of scotch.
Wedding Planner
A planner, go-getter, one of our closest friends, and the wife to the one and only Jake Brubaker (Marshall's Best Man). Morgan has a fun-spirited and easy going personality, yet she can get things done when asked of her. We could not think of anyone more suitable to fill the role as our "Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator."
Groomsman
Jamie, James, or Jimmy (he goes by all three), has been one of my closest friends for years. Jamie, Jake (my best man), John (his brother), and I have been close ever since middle school. We experienced our formative years together and shared many dumb mistakes throughout the years. It has been a blessing seeing him grow throughout college and see the man that he has become. Jamie is definitely the best Call of Duty player I know and he reminds me of it every time we play together. Whether it was playing basketball, exploring the woods, or sharing class together, Jamie has always been someone who lightens up my world.
Groomsman
John is one of the few men I know who can pull off a fedora. We might have different styles, but John has been one of my closest friends for the last 10 years and it has been a blessing to see him grow into the man he is today. If you know John you know his personality is unique and you can't help but love it. John is the guy who always brings a snack to the party; I can not remember a time where he didn't bring a bag of Doritos to a hang out (what a man)!
