What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is to start promptly at 4:30. Please plan on arriving around 4:00-4:15.

Will there be hotel accommodations available?
Answer
Yes! We have set up a room block at the Holiday Inn Express Suites. The cut off date to get a room within the block is August 1, 2024. The group name is Grzymek-Hottinger Address: 577 E Kendall Dr, Yorkville, IL 60560

Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and after the reception as well! Last shuttle leaves at 11:00pm from the venue!

What is the parking situation?
Answer
There will be plenty of spots to park at the venue on the day of. Guests are also allowed to leave their cars overnight if needed and retrieve them in the morning!

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
Smoking is permitted on the patio and outdoor areas and there will also be a cigar lounge set up for everyone to enjoy as well!
