If you’re in town Friday night, please join us in the lobby of the hotel for a fun, laid back welcome party. We’ll be behind the fireplace in the main lobby. Please let us know if we’ll see you there!

The shuttle will start running at 4:15 to bring guests from the main hotel parking lot up to the venue. After the ceremony, it will run every half an hour until 10:30. Guests are encouraged to use the shuttle as the parking lot is gravel and several yards from the venue.

Wedding attire/comfy change of clothes
Join us after the big party for an after party in the main lobby of the hotel. The bar will be open if you choose to keep the party going and we will have a late night surprise snack!
