When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP via our website by July 17th.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes! Please RSVP early and include their names and ages - we will have a couple special activities and goodies for them and would like an accurate count ASAP.

What should I wear?

Answer

Creative cocktail attire (ex. a rich-colored velvet suit jacket, structured jumpsuit in a bold print, or a dark and sparkly mini dress with statement jewelry, etc.). Have fun with it :)

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm and be seated by 4:25pm.

What will the temperature be like?

Answer

The venue is not heated or air conditioned, but can be opened or closed to accommodate the weather. We suggest bringing at least a sweater, jacket, or shawl in case it gets chilly.

Where should I park?

There will be free & compulsory valet parking at the venue.

Is the venue accessible for those with different levels of mobility?

Answer

For the most part. The ceremony, reception, art gallery, photo walk, and outdoor cocktail area are universally accessible. However, there is a creek-side sculpture trail on the property that requires ambulating down an unpaved slope - the ground may be too muddy, loose, or steep for some to traverse safely. No planned events will take place in that area.

What drinks will be served?

Answer

We will have standard bar offerings, including a few signature drinks, as well as iced tea, lemonade, and sparkling and still water. There will be no charge for drinks. :)

What food will be served?

Answer

There will be a large grazing table of charcuterie; cups of sundried tomato, chicken, & gnocchi soup; assorted vegetables & pickles; & a variety of mini desserts. Please indicate via RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions.

Is there anything else I should know?

Answer

One of the coolest things about this venue is that there is an on-site art gallery open to our guests for a short time after the ceremony. We encourage you to check it out :)
