Most people hate statistics class and dread going but who knew these two would have perfect attendance! Twenty-eight percent of people are lucky enough to meet their spouse in college; this story is a testament to that statistic. Kandis LaFoy and Steven Sprague knew they had something special from the moment they first met while taking a course at Palm Beach State College and eventually studying percentages together. As time progressed, life brought about changes and Kandis and Steven took some time apart. In fact sixty-four percent of Americans go through a breakup in the course of a long-term relationship! However Kandis and Steven always found their way back to each other. On December 5th, 2021, Palm Beach State College had never seen a better day. Steven asked Kandis to spend the rest of her life with him, which is no surprise because eighty-eight percent of Americans cite love as the number one reason for getting married. It should also be noted that any and all statistics classes will never be more memorable or exciting because that is where Steven and Kandis met their one and only.
