What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Western/Elevated Casual. Dresses, dressy jumpsuits, maxi or midi dresses, or tea length dresses for women. For men dress pants or black denim and sports coat or button up, or suit with or without a tie. While the wedding party will be wearing styled denim, we ask guests to please avoid blue or light wash denim. As per tradition, please avoid wearing white.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will kindly say so on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family. Please keep in mind, formal invites will be mailed out March 2026.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones- we really do! However, we have made the decision to keep our ceremony and reception an adult only event (apart from our ring bearers). We hope this doesn't cause too much hassle for you and we encourage you to use this evening as a "date night!"

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We would like to expect clear skies and no unexpected weather, but we live in Colorado and late May is always a gamble! We would suggest making sure you bring a light jacket just in case, as the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside (weather permitting).

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:30pm. Our ceremony will start at 3:00pm. We will have 2 shuttles that will leave the hotel at 2:20pm. Arriving early ensures we can get the party started as scheduled without you missing anything!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is parking behind the venue if you choose to drive.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us! But please don't forget to tip your bartenders!
