Event Attire is Fall Cocktail. Dress for a fall evening in Northern Michigan, elevated but comfortable. Cocktail dresses (short or midi) for women and long pants with a collared shirt for men. The event will be outdoors on a rooftop, so you may want to bring a light layer for the evening.
Join us for welcome drinks to kick off our wedding weekend! Drinks will be provided, and we encourage you to explore the resort’s restaurants beforehand if you’d like to enjoy dinner before the event.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Formal attire is requested for our mountain-top ceremony. Long dresses or gowns are requested for women, and dark suits for men. Please keep the mountain-top setting in mind when selecting footwear.
Our ceremony will take place at the top of the mountain. Guests will ride the Clipper Chairlift to the ceremony site, with Crystal Mountain shuttle service available for those who prefer not to ride or are unable. Transportation to the mountain top via chairlift will begin at 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow time to reach the top before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Following the ceremony, guests will return via chairlift to the base of the mountain for cocktail hour and reception on the Lodge Deck and Pavilion.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
