Q: How did Daniel & Kamryn first meet? A: They were in college in Colby, Kansas. Dan was a baseball player and Kam was a volleyball player. Both of their roommates were dating each other at the time and would often kick one of them out of their dorm room. This lead to Daniel & Kamryn meeting, and they decided one would just go to the other's room when asked to leave. Q: Who made the first move? How? A: Even though they would hang out in each others rooms, they still hadn't swapped numbers. Kam being the one who is more outspoken (I know, you're all shocked), slid into Dan's Twitter DM's and asked for his number. They found themselves texting when they weren't at practice and sharing some flirty moments while they were tipsy, and the rest just fell into place. Q: Where does the couple plan on going for a honeymoon? A: Daniel & Kamryn hope to go to Hawaii as neither of them have been! Q: What's Daniel & Kamryn's favorite activity to do together? A: They enjoy watching sports (preferably in person) and hanging with their son, Hud.

Seven long years later, Dan popped the question on Kam's first Mother's Day. The only person aware of his plan was Kamryn's grandma, Shanna. They were taking some family pictures out in her backyard with her whole family present. Shanna recommended just Kamryn and Daniel get a picture. Daniel had to "tie his shoe" first, and Kamryn was growing impatient as it was taking a hot minute. Kamryn's sister, Kelsi, made a funny (not knowing she was actually correct) stating something about him proposing. Daniel took this opportunity to say Kelsi was right and pulled the ring from his pocket. Kamryn was absolutely shocked as she was just cracking up at her sisters supposed to be joke. Tears and cheers were the reaction. And of course, the answer was an easy "YES!"
