Most locations don’t open their calendars for booking until late in the year to early next year. You can always email inquiries to the hotels directly via their websites.
The easiest option is to rent a car, especially if you plan to explore the area or move around on your own schedule. Driving gives you the most flexibility and is the most convenient way to get from the airport to Iseo. That said, public transportation (trains and buses) is also available and can be a good option if you prefer not to drive.
Bergamo (BGY) is the closest to Iseo. However, most international flights will arrive in Malpensa (MXP).
The weather in Iseo this time of year is normally warm (50-70F), rain isn’t uncommon this time of year so it’s best to be prepared.

We highly recommend staying as long as you are able in order to experience all there is to Northern Italy. However, at least two days before the event is recommended for jet lag/travel.
Not at all! Many people in Iseo speak some English, and it’s a very welcoming town. A few polite phrases in Italian are always appreciated, though.
