Booking Your Accomodations

Please keep in mind, the Tampa Bay area is a popular vacation destination, especially in the Spring months. Guests are welcome to book alternative accommodations and transportation that may better suit their preferences. We highly recommend booking your flights and travel accommodations sooner than later. Below are 2 hotels we have reserved event blocks at offering discounted rates. Rooms must be booked by 1/22/2022 to lock in rates.

Getting to Madeira Beach Florida

Madeira Beach is located on the Gulf of Mexico approximately 13 miles south of Clearwater Beach, Florida and 25 miles west of Tampa / Tampa International Airport. Guests may choose to stay in Madeira Beach or another town along the Gulf of Mexico. Those looking for more urban accommodations may find staying in Downtown St. Petersburg is more desirable, which is only 12 miles away from the event location. Guests staying in Madeira Beach or Downtown St. Petersburg will find many places to eat, drink, and plenty of things to do within walking distance from various accommodations. Be advised that staying at the beach around this time of year could prove to be busier provided the annual spring break season kicks off around this time.

Tampa International Airport

Tampa International Airport is the nearest major airport approximately 35 minutes away from Madeira Beach offering a wide variety of airline options.

Flight

St. Pete-Clearwater Airport (PIE)

PIE is a smaller and has less flight options, but it is "over the bridge" and 25 minutes from the hotel & venue. If Allegiant Airline flights work for your schedule and local airport, flying into St. Pete-Clearwater is a great option for a long-weekend trip!
