Kelly and Nick’s love story started in the most special way — as friends. They met at Chico State, where an easy friendship quickly formed. From the very beginning, there was something effortless about the two of them. They laughed often, connected on so many levels, and built a foundation neither of them yet realized would one day become forever. After graduation, life led them both to San Francisco. Even more unexpectedly, to the same workplace. As coworkers, they spent their days side by side, sharing long workdays, exploring the city, and finding small moments between meetings just to catch up. Timing is everything, and they finally allowed themselves to see what everyone else already knew. They were meant to be together! From that moment on, their story began to unfold exactly as it was meant to. San Francisco became the backdrop to their love story with date nights across the city, dancing at concerts, weekend snowboarding trips, camping under the stars, cozy nights at home watching movies and eating way too many cookies, and of course, cheering on the 49ers. No matter what they’re doing, their favorite place is always together. Six years later, during a trip to New York City, Nick proposed to Kelly in Central Park as snow covered the ground and the city glowed around them. Of course, she said YES! It was magical and perfectly them. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by all of you, the people who have supported, loved, and shaped their journey.
