How do I book my room? (Please read!)

IMPORTANT: To be included in our wedding events, every guest MUST be tagged to our wedding group code. Please book ONE of two ways only: 1) Through our travel agent, Ashley Pausma (Going Your Way Travel): ashley@goingyourwaytravel.com · +1 (920) 383-6529. Ashley can also help with flights, transfers, and travel insurance. 2) Through our Sonesta group booking portal: https://book.sonesta.com/?Hotel=12606&Chain=5157&arrive=2026-07-22&depart=2026-07-27&adult=2&child=0&group=10011 Bookings made through Expedia, Booking.com, points, or directly with the resort will NOT be tagged to our wedding code, and the resort will not be able to include those guests in wedding events. Please don't skip this step!

Why do I have to book through Ashley or the group link?

Answer

The resort uses our group code to identify wedding guests. If you're not tagged to the code, Sonesta can't include you in the ceremony, welcome event, reception, or farewell brunch. Booking through any other site (Expedia, Booking.com, points, walk-up) will not tag you. Please use Ashley or the Sonesta group portal.

When should I book my room and flights?

ASAP! Our Sonesta group rate and room block are limited and typically expire about 30 days before the wedding. Booking early also means better flight prices and more room options.
