For anyone flying in, O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is about 25–30 minutes from the church. Just a heads up in case you’re planning your travel, give yourself a little extra time for traffic. ✈️💒

If you’re flying in, Midway International Airport (MDW) is about 18–20 minutes from the church. If you’re looking for a closer airport option this is it but as you can see it isn’t a major difference. Can’t wait to celebrate with you all soon! ✈️💒

‼️Prices will go up the longer we wait to get houses reserved ‼️ Children do count as a person ‼️ The total cost will be $236 per person for Airbnb accommodations with bride and groom(wedding party will have first pick for those 25 spots) First Payment of $100 will be due by the end of February so that we are able to reserve your spot, after that the rest of the payment will be due at the end of April ! Please contact me at (480) 737-9913 to set up payment arrangements. Please be aware prices may go lower once we figure out where everyone will be settled. ‼️BE AWARE‼️ Once the $100 deposit is paid and accommodations are secured, all guests are required to complete the remaining balance by April. This applies even if you later decide not to attend, as all pricing is calculated based on the number of confirmed guests. Failure to complete payment will result in increased costs for the remaining guests.

If you are flying in, we highly recommend booking your flights as soon as possible, as prices tend to increase the longer you wait. Frontier Airlines is currently the most affordable option; however, they have not released flight bookings for June just yet. We will continue checking and provide updates once their June flights become available. In the meantime, please keep an eye on Frontier for the best pricing options.

It will be $40 per person to ride in the van rental during the wedding week 13 spots are available we will get more transportation if needed. The payment is required end of February!

Planning for a large group while keeping everyone’s budget in mind is a lot of work on top of the other wedding details. We kindly ask that you communicate with us in a timely manner so we can properly situate everyone and plan accordingly. By the end of February, if we do not receive a response regarding stay or transportation, we will assume that you are not coming to Chicago or that you will be making your own arrangements. This will help us finalize plans and accommodate everyone accordingly.
