We absolutely adore your little ones, but we've decided to make our wedding and reception an adults-only celebration. We hope you'll take this as a chance to enjoy a well-deserved night out—think of it as the perfect excuse for a little date night!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, surrounded by beautiful views—weather permitting. The reception will follow indoors, where the celebration continues rain or shine!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We’ve reserved room blocks to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible! The Reeds at Shelter Haven — This is our wedding venue, and we’d love for you to stay right where the celebration is happening. To book, simply call and mention the Whale-Kaminski wedding. Icona Avalon — Just a quick 4-minute drive from The Reeds, this is a great nearby option with a complimentary shuttle. Head to our "Travel" tab and click on the link directly to access our special rate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes—valet parking is available at the venue for your convenience! There will also be plenty of free street parking given it is off season. If you're staying overnight at the Icona Avalon, feel free to park there. We've arranged a complimentary shuttle to take you to and from the celebration, so you can relax and enjoy the evening without a worry.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ve arranged a complimentary shuttle from the Icona Avalon, just a quick 4-minute drive from the venue. The shuttle will depart promptly at 4:00 PM to bring you to the ceremony. After the celebration, it will return to Icona Avalon at 10:00 PM. Sit back, relax, and let us handle the ride!
