Welcome Party

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Elevated Casual: Dresses (any length), short or long sleeved button downs (any material), and trousers

Drinks and plenty of small bites to kick off the weekend! We have scheduled the Hotel Hershey's transit van for transportation to and from the Welcome Party. The transit van can fit about ~12 people, so it will need to take up to 3 trips to and from the hotel to get everyone to the party (~10 minutes roundtrip). The first ride is scheduled for 6:15pm.

Wedding & Reception

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

The wedding ceremony will be at the Hotel Hershey Rock Garden. It is a short walk from the hotel's main building, but requires descending a steep set of stairs to reach. Please try to let us know by August 6th if you would like golf cart transportation and that can be arranged with hotel staff. Expect a 4:30pm arrival at the Rock Garden for a 5pm ceremony start. Group photos for all attendees to immediately follow the ceremony in the Rock Garden. Cocktail hour will take place in the hotel's fountain lobby from 6-7pm. Dinner and reception will take place in the Starlight Terrace Ballroom from 7-10:30pm.
