Lech Walesa Gdansk Airport (GDA)

Gdansk Airport (GDA) is definitely the easiest airport for domestic and international flights and is only a short distance to the hotel and rental suggestions. Perched on Poland's northern coastline, the historic city of Gdansk is one of Poland's prettiest seaside cities. There are few ways to get from Gdańsk Airport to Gdańsk Old Town: 1. Uber, Bolt or Taxi THE FASTEST way to get from the Airport to Old Town is by car, which costs $5-$15 and takes 15 to 30 min (distance 18 miles). 2. Train via Gdańsk Wrzeszcz THE CHEAPEST way to get from the Airport to Old Town (Gdańsk Main Train Station) is by train, which costs $2 - $4 and takes 38 min but requires transfer at Gdańsk Wrzeszcz Train Station. The walk from Gdańsk Main Train Station to Old Town is about 15-20 minutes. 3. Bus Another way to get from the Airport to the Old Town (Gdańsk Main Bus Station) is by bus, which costs $4-$7. Services depart every two hours, and operate every day. The journey takes approximately 40 min. The walk from the Gdańsk Main Bus Station to Old Town is about 15 minutes. Chopin Airport Warszawa (WAW)

If you're planning to explore Poland a bit more before the party starts you can always fly to the capital of Poland - Warsaw (Warszawa). Warsaw is a mixture of relaxing green spaces, historic sites, and vivid modernity. Chopin Airport, or Warsaw-Chopin Airport, is the biggest and busiest airport in Poland. The options to get from the Airport to the city center are the same as for Gdańsk, but costs and travel time may differ. 1. Uber, Bolt or Taxi The taxi companies are located outside Arrivals, on the first level. Warsaw Airport is located 10 kilometers from Warsaw city center, which means an average travel time of 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions. It costs around $10 -$15. 2. Train This service connects Warsaw Airport with the city center within just 20 minutes. Lines S2 and S3 offer direct service between Warsaw Chopin Airport and Warsaw Central Station. It costs around $1 -$4. 3. Bus The following bus lines connect Warsaw Airport to the city center: 175, 188, and N32 (at night). It costs around $1 -$4. John Paul II Airport Kraków (KRK)

If you decide to visit one of the oldest cities in Poland and former capital of Poland, Kraków, you won't be disappointed. Its giant medieval town square, elegant cobbled lanes, stunning castle, and cosmopolitan culture make it an absolute delight to visit. Two municipal buses line (300 and 902 - a night line) run from Kraków Airport. Additionally, a train operated by Koleje Małopolskie will take you to the Main Railway Station in Kraków and to Wieliczka. Alternatively, you can use the services of Kraków Airport Taxi or Uber/Bolt. 1. Taxi or Uber/Bolt Expect to pay around $10-50 for an Uber or Bolt from Krakow airport to the city center, depending on traffic and surge pricing. It is significantly cheaper than using the Krakow Airport taxi service. The journey by taxi takes approximately 25 minutes unless traffic is bad. 2. Train Trains depart for Krakow Glowny from 04:17 to 00:37, leaving every 30 minutes during the day. Early morning and late trains operate hourly, taking just 20 minutes and costing around $4. 3. Bus Buses take around 45 minutes when traffic is flowing. Tickets for the 60-minute journey from the airport cost $1-2. Krakow bus tickets are sold for 20/60/90-minute journeys or extended periods from 24 hours to annual passes.
