What is the dress code?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you in style! Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please reserve white for the bride.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

July on the North Fork of Long Island can be warm and sunny, with mild evenings. We’re hoping for perfect summer weather, but no matter what, we’ll be ready to celebrate rain or shine! Be sure to check the forecast as the day approaches so you can plan your attire accordingly.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating both indoors and outdoors, depending on the weather. We have beautiful spots planned for both, so we’ll keep you updated on the day of!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones, but for this celebration, we've chosen to have an adults-only wedding to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable evening for all. If your child is included in the invite, it will be noted when you RSVP. We truly appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 6:00 pm to ensure you have time to settle in.

What should I do if I can't make it?

We’ll be sad to miss you, but we completely understand! If you're unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by updating your RSVP and we hope to celebrate with you another time!

Yes! There is plenty of parking available!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We’d love for you to capture memories, but we kindly ask that you leave the photography to our official photographers during the ceremony and key moments. Feel free to snap photos during the reception and any time the photographer isn’t in action! We'll have QR Codes for photo sharing around the reception space as well!

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Shuttle from Hotels to The Vineyards at Aquebogue July 16, 2026 4:00 pm - 1:00 am We will have a complimentary shuttle running to and from the venue on the day of the wedding: • 5:30 PM – Departure from Holiday Inn Express • 5:45 PM – Departure from Hyatt Place Hotel • 6:00 PM – Arrival at The Vineyards at Aquebogue A second shuttle trip will be available for any late guests. However, please note that our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, and late arrivals will be asked to wait until after the processional to be seated. The shuttle will remain on standby for return trips back to the hotels throughout the evening.
