Kam and Parker met during their senior year of high school while working at Panera Bread. Kam's dad encouraged her to work there because he wanted free coffee (hehe), and Parker eventually landed a job there in the fall after a few of his friends were hired. They started out working opposite shifts, Parker being an opener and Kam being a closer. After seeing one another in passing, Parker took more afternoon shifts so he could work with her. It took almost an entire year for them to finally connect during the summer before Kam moved away for college. Despite the distance, their relationship grew stronger through FaceTime dinners and surprise visits. They adopted the sweetest orange kitten, now named Chai, who lived in Kam's dorm until they moved home a year later. After that, their life together was full of Disney trips, family dinners, moving out of state for the first time, and adopting a wild second kitten named Kona. They are currently living in Boise, Idaho, and attending Boise State together!
