Yes, a valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. If you do not currently have one, we recommend applying as soon as possible.

AGU is a smaller airport, so flight availability may be limited. Many guests may find it easier to fly into Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) and travel to Aguascalientes from there. The drive or bus ride from Guadalajara to Aguascalientes is approximately 2 hours.

April in Aguascalientes is typically warm and very dry, with daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s°F. Evenings can be cooler, so we recommend bringing a light jacket.
