Guest Directions Update:

Please avoid Empire Church Road, as a sinkhole has recently opened in the area. Instead, remain on Highway 50 (known locally as Myers Blvd) and turn left (south) onto Bay Lake Road. Continue on Bay Lake Road for approximately 5 miles. Casani Estates will be located on the left-hand side. We look forward to seeing you soon and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Hotel

Fairfield Inn & Suites Clermont

There are a few hotels in Clermont, but we are encouraging our guests to stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. There is a discounted rate of $149.00 if you book by Thursday, January 15, 2026. If you decide to book the hotel after this date, you will have to pay full price.

Travel Note

Airport Information

Orlando International Airport is the closest airport to Clermont/Groveland. The hotel that we are recommending is in Clermont, but you can stay wherever you like :)

Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

February 6, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be one shuttle that will transport guests from the Fairfield Inn to Casani Estates. It will leave the hotel promptly at 3:30pm. At the end of the night, the shuttle will return to Casani at 10:00pm to take guests back to the hotel. For our afterparty, the shuttle will go back and forth between the hotel and Applebee's escorting guests as needed :)
