When Should I RSVP By?
Answer
Please use this website to RSVP by December 1st, 2024 so we have enough time to prepare for the amount of guests who are definitely attending this event.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi formal dresswear and no specific colors. You all can wear any color you would like but appropriate attire for a wedding event.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony is by invite only, and those should be seated no later than 4:00PM, so we can start the ceremony at 4:30PM. The cocktail hour will be at 5:00PM at the Beyond Elegance Event venue directly after the ceremony ends. Please refer to the Schedule tab on this website for the full time frame.

Is there a background check prior to getting on base?
Answer
Per Security Forces, yes. They will conduct a full criminal background check on anyone 16yrs of age and older requiring access to the installation. If you have questions regarding what charges could hinder you from getting a visitors pass, contact Ciara for the list of charges that they check.
Question
How do I get on base?
Answer
For the guests who RSVP'd, Ciara will give your drivers license information to Security Forces. Once they complete the check, a pass will be created for everyone to retrieve the day you arrive on base. Show them your license, the name of the event and you should be good to go! You do not need Ciara "soon to be" Martin to get on base but if you have any complications and need assistance, please give her a call!

How is the venue setup?
Answer
The ceremony will be indoors at the Chapel on Buckley Space Force Base. The reception is also indoor at Beyond Elegance Event 6mins away from the base on Mississippi Avenue next to the Circle K gas station.
Question
Will there be alcohol at the reception?
Answer
Yes. We will be serving beer and wine. You are welcomed to bring your own alcohol but you would have to give it to the bartender for them to serve it to you. Venue rules.
Question
Can we bring our kids?
Answer
Children are welcomed at our wedding. But we can understand if you are not able to bring your whole family due to travel and plane ticket prices. Please let us know if children will not be able to make it for we added them on our guest list.
