Do I need a passport?
Answer
Every person traveling to the Dominican Republic will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take several months. Your passport book should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
