We are getting married

We’d known of each other for years, but it wasn’t until the summer of 2018—at the race track—that our paths truly crossed. Neither of us were looking for a relationship at the time; we were both focused on ourselves. But somehow, the timing was just right. From that summer on, our bond only grew stronger. Through school, new jobs, and more summers at the track, we fell more and more in love. In April 2024, Ryan proposed on a quiet nature trail after dinner at our favorite restaurant. It was simple, beautiful, and exactly what I had always dreamed of—just the two of us, surrounded by nature. After soaking in the moment together, we FaceTimed our friends and family to share the big news. Their excitement made the whole thing so sweet and a little bittersweet too—it was a perfect day we'll never forget. We immediately started searching for the perfect date. Ryan picked it, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for me. I’ve always dreamed of an August wedding, and being with a competitive race car driver, I never thought that would be possible. But here we are—making it happen. We booked a beautiful venue in Harvey, NB, where we’ll celebrate our very special day surrounded by the people we love most. We are so excited to share this day with the people who mean the most to us. We want our wedding to be a day everyone will remember—bittersweet, soft, and touched with the feeling of older times. A celebration of love, memories, and the start of forever.
