Travel Note
Several roads within the Garden District will be shut down for the parade, so you might need to find alternate travel routes during the day on Saturday. I have listed the schedule below to have on hand. The Irish Channel Parade starts on Magazine & Felicity at 1pm. The parade follows Noon Mass at St. Mary’s Assumption Church. The parade marches from Magazine St. to Jackson Ave., to St. Charles Ave., to Louisiana Ave., to Magazine St., and ending after turning riverbound on Jackson Ave. Find more information on routes and schedule through the link below.

Christopher and I love this hotel. If you are wanting a more Bed and Breakfast style hotel this would be a great option and less than a 10 minute walk from the church. *No room block included

For those of our guest who would like to experience more of an eclectic, funky stay we recommend Hotel Saint Vincent. It is also just a short 5 minute walk from the church. Originally built in 1861 and restored and reimagined in 2021, the 75-room hotel is located in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans. *No room block included
