We first met in 2020, a year when the world seemed to stand still but for us, everything was just beginning. Through a mutual friend, we reconnected after knowing each other from our confirmation class years before. To our surprise, we also lived just ten minutes apart. Looking back, we know the Lord was already guiding our story, from growing up in the same San Antonio community, attending Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Sunday's, to both of us becoming Aggies at Texas A&M University. College gave us countless memories together: cheering at football games, late-night study sessions, celebrating each other’s accomplishments, and worshiping side by side on Sundays at St. Mary's. From the beginning, our relationship was rooted in faith and centered on God. After graduation, new chapters unfolded. Kambri began law school at St. Mary’s University, while I pursued my MBA through Texas A&M–Corpus Christi online while working at Texas Partners Bank in San Antonio. Our days were filled with classes, work, and studying, and weekends became our most cherished time together. Even in the busiest seasons, our love only grew stronger. As I began to grow in my career, Kambri dedicated herself to law school, eventually conquering one of the greatest challenge of her life, the Bar exam. We are so thankful for the Lord’s hand in our journey and ask for your prayers as we continue to grow in love, in faith, and in life together.
