Yes. Sailing guests are required to have a passport or birth certificate along with their boarding pass. Non sailing guests are required to have government issued photo identification (or a birth certificate for children) along with a printed boarding pass. Boarding passes will be emailed to all guests closer to the day of.
All sailing guests should arrive to port at 9:30am for 10:00am priority boarding regardless of the time you selected when checking in. The wedding party is receiving priority boarding at port before all Carnival guests.
Early boarding is only for guests attending the wedding. Additional travel companions will have to board at the scheduled time on your boarding pass. If you do not wish to board separately you may opt out of the early boarding and board according to the general process.
Attire will be dressy casual. The color burgundy has been reserved for the family and the color gold has been reserved for the mothers of the bride and groom.
Hotel shuttle transportation has been arranged for sailing guests of the Country Inn and Suites Hotel who are also parking at the hotel for the duration of the cruise. Parking will also be available at the cruise terminal for all guests. For sailing guests parking at the terminal the rate will be $17/day. Short term free parking will be available at the cruise terminal for non-sailing guests and can be requested at the gate upon arrival. The parking location for Carnival Terminal 3 non-sailing wedding guests is the lot located to the West of the CT 3 parking garage. The only vehicle entrance and exit to this lot is located on the North side off of Christopher Columbus Drive
All guests should arrive to Port Canaveral (terminal 3) on 1/31/25 at 9:30am for 10:00am early group boarding. All wedding guests will be boarded as a group. Guests arriving after early boarding has begun will have to board separately following the normal process with all other Carnival Cruise patrons.
We are very grateful for anyone who wishes to give us a gift. In lieu of traditional gifts we have established a honeymoon fund which can be accessed here on the website through the Registry page. We kindly request no physical gifts.

Yes. We have reserved a block of rooms at Country Inn and Suites Port Canaveral. Please make your reservation by December 30, 2024 through the travel page on this website or by calling 321-784-8500 (reference Rob & Kam's wedding). Accommodations may also be made (if preferred) at surrounding area hotels.
RSVPs are requested by Sunday November 10th, however please RSVP as soon as you are able. Due to the guest list coordination needed with our wedding planner and ship boarding requirements, if a response is not received by November 10th, unfortunately it will be considered a declined invitation.
You can rsvp here on the website on the home page, through the RSVP page or by texting Kambrea at the number on your invitation. Please let us know if you will be attending the ceremony only or if you will also be sailing on the cruise.
No. Sailing is optional. The wedding and reception will be held on board the ship prior to sail away. All non-sailing guests will disembark after the reception.
