When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Friday, August 27, 2021

What should I do if I can’t attend the event?

Answer

Your presence will be deeply missed. However, if you can not attend the ceremonial activities, please inform us as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can the RSVP be done online?

Answer

The RSVP will begin August 1st and the deadline is September 3rd for any last minute changes. We would like to have the RSVP by 8/27/2021. We will plan accordingly to our guest list. RSVP can be submitted online as mail can delay or get lost.

Can I bring a date

Answer

If your invitation has a plus 1, yes. We have a strict guest list due to limited seating and space. Therefore, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an all adult affair. We apologize no children are permitted due to limited seating. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the children at home so you can celebrate with us.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment Carlo and Johnny 9769 Montgomery Road The Crystal Room, 2nd Floor Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 513-936-8600

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The events will be held indoor on the second floor in a controlled temperature environment. Please be advised to bring a jacket or sweater for comfort.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The temperature will be a warm forecast between the upper 60’s and lower 70’s but cooler weather at night. The anticipated forecast will be approximately 71-76 degrees in mid- part of September. However, weather forecast can be unpredictable. Please dress appropriate for the Indian summer season. Please bring a jacket and umbrella.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue meets the ADA compliance standards.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue offers free self-parking and valet service. The valet is $6.00 per vehicle and paid by the patrons.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. but arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. The ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m.

What should I do if arrive late?

Answer

Please wait in the lobby after the procession is over due to seating arrangement. The host will guide you to your designated seat once the bride reaches the altar.

What is the ceremony and event itinerary?

Answer

The following order of events will take place: Ceremony @ 5:00-5:30 p.m. Intermission @ 5:30-6:00 p.m. Reception @ 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the event is a semi-formal upscale attire. Ladies wear formal cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie and or sport coat.

Does your wedding have a color palette and theme?

Answer

Yes, think of blush nude, rose gold, champagne, dusty pink, lilac, and gold for the color schematic. The theme is a Victorian Renaissance Jazz Era. To enhance the experience for the overall romantic setting, we encourage everyone to participate.

What to expect during intermission?

Answer

This is an opportune time for restroom break, review the preselected menu, or visit the cash bar while the wedding party is taking photos. Please feel free to capture memories to share.

What is the food and beverage selection for the reception?

Answer

The reception presents a formal sit-down dinner of a 3-course preselected menu, following a celebratory champagne toast and an inclusive cash bar.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please make your request 2 weeks prior to the date or when RSVP no later the 9/3/2021 deadline.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian/ gluten free/ special diet options?

Answer

Yes, please provide your special diet request to make the necessary accommodation when you RSVP no later than September 3, 2021. Please be mindful of changes being made two weeks prior to the event. The sooner we receive requests will reduce errors when placing orders from our preselected menu.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to capture, record, post, and share our memories on their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #flowersbursematrimony so we can keep track of all your pictures!

May I take a centerpiece, candle, or flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Yes, we encourage our guests to take any items from their table including the programs as a keepsake.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guest? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

No, we do not have a room block as our celebration is a small, intimate event. However, we recommend the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Northeast Blue Ash. This hotel is very close to the venue and approximately 3.5 miles driving distant.

Question

Will private transportation or shuttle service be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

There are no private transportation services arrangement made. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Northeast Blue Ash hotel offers limited free shuttle service Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with a 5-mile distance radius. We recommend carpooling, using transportation escort services like Uber or Lyft. The alternative solution is a car rental for guests traveling out of town.
